If you follow the program as directed, you can expect to lose fat, build muscle, and feel stronger within 60 days. Exact results will vary based on your starting point, effort, and adherence to the plan.

To qualify for the refund and £100, you must meet the following conditions:
1. Full Adherence to the Program:
• Follow the workout plan as prescribed for the full 60 days.
• Stick to the nutrition guidelines provided.
2. Progress Tracking:
• Submit weekly check-ins, including photos and written updates, via email.
3. Proof of Effort:
• Provide “before” and “after” photos (front, side, and back views) taken on Day 1 and Day 60.
• Share screenshots of your tracked workouts (e.g., from an app or a physical journal).
• Show proof of meal tracking or a documented diet log for the 60 days.
4. Completion of the Program:
• Submit your completed workout log and any other required forms as proof of participation.
5. Communication:
• Stay in touch with your coach (Ezra) and communicate any challenges or issues during the program.
